Of course, as well as all the great spaces within the college, Newnham’s beautiful gardens are one of the best parts of life here. The grounds can function from the backdrop to some great photos, or as your dining room during the warmer months. And, of course, the best bit – you can walk on all of the grass!
Don’t forget to also check out the rooftop garden at the top of the Dorothy Garrod building. It’s next to the gym, and gives a great view of the college grounds!
The Marquee
Level Access- Level Access across grass and garden paths (hoggin & gravel). Nearest Accessible Toilet in the Iris Cafe.
Hearing- No Induction loop in use. Portable hearing loops are also available from the conference office.
Visual- electric lighting, signage on contrasting glare-free finish. Fire exits are indicated by lit signs.
General- There will be seating available. The marquee is located in the gardens which can be used in the case of sensory issues. Snacks for dietary requirements and allergies can be catered for.
